Workshops

At Optimal Fitness and Rehabilitation Corina and Alan pride themselves on being able to educate and inspire. Both have lectured extensively within Scotland teaching exercise workshops and massage courses, in March 2007 they were awarded the Nick Carter Salver for services to the Massage Industry at the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation’s annual conference. In the past we have delivered workshops to massage therapists, physiotherapists, athletes, clients and members of the public with no formal training.

Our aim when delivering our workshops is both to educate and to give practical skills that can be used immediately. Workshops can be aimed at specific groups; massage therapists, athletes, office workers, whomever. It is our belief that we can successfully target and help any group of people regardless of their age, experience, or education.

There is a theoretical element to all of our workshops, PowerPoint presentations are used throughout, but the emphasis is on practical skills. We provide equipment and full notes for each workshop.
